Tran Creative worked with Lac Courte Oreilles Tribe to implement the Alcohol/Underage Drinking Initiative. We identified challenges and created a plan of action to meet with the school superintendent, students, parents, teachers, community, and county and have ongoing communication to get solutions to strengthen the Tribal members and community.
